Founded in 1998 in Rotterdam, the company began as a small family-run business operating from a modest 40 m² retail space, primarily focused on importing essential Asian staples such as ginger and rice. As demand for authentic Asian food products steadily increased, the business expanded its operations, product range, and distribution network.

In 2002, the company officially became widely recognized under the name KRG Asian Food, marking an important milestone in its development and strengthening its identity within the Asian food import and distribution market.

Today, KRG Asian Food operates from a modern 4,000 m² facility in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, serving retailers, wholesalers, and foodservice partners across Europe. With more than 25 years of industry experience, the company has established itself as a trusted distributor of high-quality Asian food products.

Our portfolio includes over 2,500 products, featuring our own KRG private label alongside globally recognized brands such as Aashirvaad, MTR Foods, Daawat Rice, Everest Spices, Karachi Bakery, Britannia, Balaji Wafers, Ching’s, GRB, and many more.
