General Terms & Conditions

• These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions") govern all quotes, orders, and agreements between KRG Asian Food (hereinafter: "SUPPLIER") and its customers, relating to the sale and delivery of products and/or the provision of services. Any deviations from or changes to these Terms and Conditions must be confirmed in writing by SUPPLIER and apply only to the specific quote, order, or agreement in question.
• In these Terms and Conditions, "Customer" refers to any individual or legal entity to whom SUPPLIER supplies products and/or performs services, including their representatives, authorized agents, assignees, and heirs.
• Any general terms and conditions maintained by the Customer are not binding on SUPPLIER unless SUPPLIER has expressly agreed to them in writing.
• If SUPPLIER has agreed in writing to the applicability of any deviating terms and conditions, these Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect for all other matters.

Terms Of Delivery

• All delivered goods remain the property of Company until full payment has been received. We offer delivery services within the Netherlands and to most locations across Europe.
• KRG Asian Food will strive to deliver orders within ten (10) days of the order being placed. However, we are not liable for any delays that may occur. When possible, we will notify the Customer if products are out of stock or if any issues arise that are likely to cause delays.
• Deliveries will be made to a single specified address per order. Multiple delivery locations for a single order are not permitted.
• We may use third-party delivery services to fulfil orders. While we strive to work with reliable partners, KRG Asian Food is not responsible for any delays, damages, or issues caused by third-party delivery providers.
• If any items are damaged during delivery, please report the damage to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods to issues credit note.
• We strive to maintain a positive relationship with our customers and aim to resolve any issues amicably. Our priority is to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for all parties involved.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms and Conditions, along with the legal relationships between KRG Asian Food (hereinafter referred to as "SUPPLIER") and the Customer, are governed by Dutch law.
• Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, any disputes arising from or related to the execution of any agreement between SUPPLIER and the Customer, as well as disputes concerning these Terms and Conditions, shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court in Amsterdam. This includes any matters related to obtaining provisional relief.
